If you send your users tickets to do some real world thing, make retrieving that ticket or QR code the primary and most discoverable thing.
This email isn't an actual ticket, and the big button doesn't take you there either. They also didn't attach a PDF.
Instead, you need to click on "Mon Voyage" (green outline). Very clear, @SNCFConnect.
Can I just click on the map please? I don't like playing the numbers game. @WaltDisneyCo
Hotel running some locked down LG TV's. Pressing up on the top item will scroll up 10 instead of 1.
Nice scrollbars, too. Very innovative.
I love how ridiculously stupid this is. Sure, I'll go and "ask the owner" to "fix" their QR code, even though it's your app that generates the QR code!
Seems to happen pretty often that "smart" things really aren't that smart at all 🤦 @Samsung @smartthings
(Also, what does the location have to do with anything?)
Note: if you make a loading bar, make the end of the loading bar actually correspond to the end of the waiting period.
Rocket science, I know. @Microsoft
Time to shame @hbomax's garbage experience again:
The number of UI/UX fails remains TOO. DAMN. HIGH.
Since when do I need to log in just to view some random tweets?
Where is the option to tell you "no, fuck off"?
"The margins on food are too low—just make the Lunch menu all drinks. This will get the kids in the door." - @WaltDisneyWorld, probably
Don't tell me what I need to tell you to do if you know what I'm telling you to do @Windows
