Shame On UI

Another total anti-pattern: preventing users from pasting text in password fields.

If you send your users tickets to do some real world thing, make retrieving that ticket or QR code the primary and most discoverable thing.

This email isn't an actual ticket, and the big button doesn't take you there either. They also didn't attach a PDF.
