If you send your users tickets to do some real world thing, make retrieving that ticket or QR code the primary and most discoverable thing.
This email isn't an actual ticket, and the big button doesn't take you there either. They also didn't attach a PDF.

I love how ridiculously stupid this is. Sure, I'll go and "ask the owner" to "fix" their QR code, even though it's your app that generates the QR code!
